The building sits within the Amsterdam ArenA sports and entertainment complex, alongside the national football stadium and other large event venues.

If you're attending a concert or event here, arrive early enough to walk around the exterior and appreciate the facade in changing light, most visitors move straight from parking or public transit into the building without ever really looking at it from outside.
